Call it a Coincidence if you wish to, but I don't think so. I just came back from Duhr prayers at the College's main Mussollah. I came in about 5-10 minutes after athan so the guys were still doing their Jemaah; unaware that they just started, I was taking my own sweet time putting my socks on; not planning to join in the Jemaah.
Beside the Mussollah/The Muslim Student's Society Clubhouse was the Christian Fellowship's room.When I passed by the room to go into the Mussolah, there was only one student in there using his laptop.
The minute the imam said the first "Allahu Akbar"; drums started playing the next room.
Is this too much of a coincidence? Wait let me tell you more.
The minute the Imam said his second Salam, The drums stopped playing.
OH PUHHHLEASE. this is no coincidence to me.
It was obviously done on purpose. What a prick really. Where was the mutual respect we were all thought to grow up with? Such people shouldn't be living in a Multi-Religious Society like Singapore.
Is this Oppression? You can consider it.

ignore those christian dudes. They cant do anything. When i was in NS, every solat i had to make sacrifice and i sacrificed my leave for jumaah and that is when my iman increased.

is it loud? i mean to the extend that they can hear it? ya allah, if it was done on purpose, they are really a bunch of asshole!! sori but i just hate it when it comes to not being sensitive. but, wow you guys pray together with da imam. mine im not sure about it. really the christians are i don wanna say more.. they say jesus is a god.. or son of god??? come on.. they pray to our prophet nabi ISA?

Mawaddah, the guys were praying Jema'ah sis. It wasn't loud; I mean how loud could the imam be? I guess it was just loud enough for the next room to hear that's all. I don't know sis, Astaghfirullah. may Allah swt guide us all. Ameen.
